PRAY

We returned at 8:00 p.m. to find that mom was having trouble coming out of the anethesia.

For a while, she would squeeze my hand when I asked her to. After about 30 minutes, she stopped doing that. The nurses were concerned that there could be problems in her brain. They are doing a CT scan.

Will update you when we know something.

Keep praying, we need it desperately.

  2. Hello Mona, its cousin Lisa. I haven't been able to post anything on this blog because I didn't have a copatable account. But I found Sarah did...god bless children! It is amazing how one life can affect so many others around her now and in the past. I as many others find myself checking this blog daily, as well as coming home to check in on any updates. For me this is just another reminder of how precious and fragile god has made us in his eyes. It also has put into perspective for me how much strength and perserverence god has provided us with during a time when life sometimes is just to hard to bear. You have given me strength in the past, and once again doing so. Mona our church is praying, the girls are praying, and the family. Your "Babushka" doesn't understand why we can't just visit you in Texas, and Cassidy is fereishly making you valentines, and innocently awaiting Mona's April visit. Mona you are truelly one of god's many angels...keep fighting.
    Stephen and Sonya,
If there is anything I can do from here please let me know. Thankyou for the phone calls, texting, and especially this blog. This blog I believe has been a powerful cadalist for pray, and has allowed so many to feel connected to Mona. Hang in there we love you all...
    Love,
    Lisa and the girls
